Lower prices for lower quality product will drag the whole pricing complex lower.....as day follows night.
The outlook statements for all who have reported recently state they expect lower prices for the foreseeable future. Add to this the 6 month lag in realised pricing for the likes of AJM and PLS and the revenue pie continues to shrink....
That AJM is apparently producing "high qality" is debatable. What is more than likely to occur in my view is that SQM will bring product to an oversupplied market forcing all prices lower.
AJM will continue to struggle to reduce costs, revenue will be lower due to flooded markets and the due date for debt repayment will be ever closer...... tick tock, tick tock....
I'd be calling management and asking for answers to these questions if you don't believe me..... but you know I'm right, so enjoy the weekend
