rubbish the 16 mill shares which wont be issued till next year and the tear after will have absolutely no effect on whether the options get converted. especially since there are 800 mill soi.

for all the options to get converted the sp has to be sitting around 9 cents...but in my opinion they'll start converting around the 8c mark.

800 million shares by 0.09c = $ 73.4 mill......... mc

816 million shares by 0.09c = $ 72,0 mill ......... mc
so how the hell do you see the extra 1.4 mill added to the market cap affecting the option conversion, please!
