The question I would ask is. Have MNS paid 7.5 million dollars for a 10 per cent stake in a company that is really worth 75 million? I don't know if c4v have any hard assets but my view is that their "valuation" is based on their patents. So far nothing has come from that. No IP licenses, no one knocking down the door to get a piece imo.
