Recapitalization of Centro looks like a great option considering it's asset portfolio amount.

Unless they raise another 2.5billion then the fire sales of some it's greatest assets will continue.

Centro will become an empty hulk by mid next year if does not stop bleeding assets and cap higher interest payments. Just about every analyst has said it's a dead duck but with a share issue around the 2-3billion mark it would stand a good chance of surviving.
