I've got no problem with cancelling NASDAQ, but enough with the cockamamie excuses. Instead of just coming out and saying we can't list because of where the share price is at and things not going well, they come up with this pathetic story about how it was never about raising capital and that they have actually decided not to proceed out of the goodness of their hearts because they don't want to dilute shareholders. The white lies are juvenile, and far from fooling anyone, they just destroy credibility even more. I understand the temptation to try to limit damage by putting spin on things, but nobody is buying it anymore. It's time to take it on the chin, turn over a new leaf, and slowly restore trust. Man up for god's sake!
