If its not a rude question what did the company offer was it just additional shares, if so at what price or was it a convertable notes also at what terms or conditions. I'm not a major shareholder but have approx $40k in the company which is a big holding by my standards.If all else fails I wonder if we small shareholders would be offered a rights issue for extra capital.Anything to keep company alive as I believe there is still plenty of upside if company can get their act together.
