The new Arana PSP seems on the surface to be quite well thought out.
I like the performance Hurdles.

If I had only one criticism it would be the 50% of Salary, way too much.
Okay for Chiplin and Jennings this time.
But I hope they dont give the 50% to all and sundry.
The CFO for instance is paid a handsome amount already.

So My verdict is....

Chiplin, Yes, 50%
Fuller, Yes, 25%
Jennings, Yes, 50%
Holloway, Yes, 5%.
Crombie, Yes 5%
Nock, Yes, 5%.
Henderson, No, Zero.
Doyle, Yes, 5%
Kopsidis, Yes, 5%
Wilson, Yes, 5%
Scott, Yes, 5%
