Just have a few words to say re meeting on the 18th.

When Barry Cusack saw proxies against Owen Hegarty's payout, he withdraw the motion, which killed any debate on the motion.
I found that to be gutless and a show of utter arrogance. Barry Cusack seems to have extraordinary contempt for shareholders holding boards accountable. ( i wonder why he didn't withdraw the motion on the election of Mr. Mansell? BECAUSE IT JUST MADE IT!).

I know of many shareholders that would like to see Mr Cusack & Mr. Mansell move on, as the board needs to be reduced, soon may be an appropriate time.

I hope that you will pass some of the comments you are getting to Mr. Cusack as i am sure that i am not the only one who is appalled by his arrogance and somewhat lack of any human emotions. I hoped he learnt something on friday as shareholders will be keeping a closer eye on the board and Mr. Michelmore.

Good boards are there to enrich shareholder value not their own pockets.

P.S (can you inform Mr. Michelmore to comb his hair in public meetings, he looked like a mad scientist about to mix some metals, maybe copper & zinc).
