“Some of us might be stupid but we know who our betters are”………… is that your line or is what the Inquisition said to Galileo.
Just to remind you, Galileo put forward that the Sun is located at the centre of our solar system and that it did not change place, and that the Earth rotates on itself and moves around the Sun.
You know Galileo’s line of thought was at odds with the position that had been established by Ptolemy and Aristotle (which at the time was popularly accepted as being correct).
It's not about knowing who our betters are, it’s about science. Science that will ultimately prove what is dictating the change in weather patterns.
Great minds are great minds, but they can still get it wrong.
