Although 16 mill shares is a bit, its not like they are going to volatile hands?
They are the directors of the company, there best interest is to get the share price as high as possible to create more wealth for themselves to.
They wont sell. The business is only starting to ramp up now.
And in terms of dilution and MC, its only increasing the MC by about 2 mill or so. Dilution minimal as they are not volatile hands.
I think anything under 6 cents is a gift.
