Thanks, Cara. I'm not suggesting they sell our BYE shares, just give them to the shareholders and let everyone do as they please.

I would most definitely continue to hold onto my BYE shares.

However, selling down MEL's existing BYE holding to fund incremental activity in Australia is not a good idea in my opinion. Particularly given that MEL just exercised out of the money call options to increase the BYE exposure (which BTW is looking pretty clever right now!)

A CR to fund the Cooper activities should be judged on its merits. For now, I would be unlikely to participate, and thus see my MEL ownership stake appropriately diluted.
