The basic principle of an ASX listed company is you you can easily trade with limited liability.

When you cant trade thats a huge negative. Being in a trading halt this long already is not a good sign, and when it does trade again there is the potential for a dash for the exit.

A40 shareholders maybe better off with a script offer now. It will need to be on the cheap for GXY holders, but may not be due to where we are in the overall sharemarket cycle. While LI shares are looking at lows the overall market is not. Thats not good.
