When talking about purchasing an interest in a converter are we talking about an interest in Jiangsu Lithium Carbonate plant it previously owned and sold in 2015:
If this is the same facility, from memory GXY could not get it to run profitably and was lucky to survive the debt and losses owing it cause. Just a warning to be careful what you wish for. Galaxy survived by offloading this facility.
