I do agreed with what Sunfire said up there though, although we as retail holders cannot do jack shiet about the voting outcome here as the insiders and their mate held big portions of the shares but you live in VIC so if you can attend to the AGM then please voice these questions out to at least challenge the directors in an open discussion venue to see how they respond to these questions as many shareholders do concern that the bar has been set to low also what they set out seems like already bloody in the done list

im okay with issuing performance shares with so many boxes being ticked since he took over the directorship but at least set out a reasonable to do lists that are going to be beneficial to the investors.

Since the purchased of the plant is ticked and move more of our own productions to the plant then they can at least set out some reasonable profitability goal, I’m saying that because they have stated multiple times of how well Neurio products being received by the Chinese consumers and I have seen that via varies of E-platforms too, so to set out the profitability guideline seems quite reasonable in this aspect ?
