I suspect info gleaned from Goldman Sachs is likely to be more reliable than management anyway . Half your luck if you are a fly on their wall . I know nothing unnanounced .
I thought the whole issue with new directors and Goldman sachs involvement is that management were not fulfilling timelines or guidance, so it became important to bring in someone who had more refined skills in appropriate areas .
If the hypothesis I propose is correct why would you bother with management opinion/guidance anyway ?
If GS attracts a nibble or even the eye of predator, I see no guarantee that anyone will know intention apart from the predator .
I would buy and hold, and forget timing anything with reliability . It is the general intention of the new strategy that should be your resolution to invest .
