Dull I am all ears about a successful African economy which would set the world alight.
Blair probably did not realise that Great Britain cannot plunder the riches of the world through their colonisation program anymore. The natural resources of Africa have now mostly been divided up by economic colonislists and not political colonial masters. There is just no evidence that Africa would even be in the midst of an economic boom anytime soon. Hope I am wrong as it would then also require more demand on minerals.
