Yes, it is time COE watchers recognised that it is the market, not COE. The small end perhaps worst hit as it relies on us smaller punters, and we are all mostly broke or scared atm. Hell I'd be backing the truck up and buying heaps, except for two reasons: 1)There are other bargains all over the place, plus 2)I have no funds.
Goodluck to all that can buy at these levels.
At these prices I am in favour of a buyback AND a dividend, and tuff luck to those that stumped up 65 cps in a completely DIFFERENT WORLD. Let's not have future decisions made coloured by what has long since passed.
