I asked the question because one would assume that a SMALL company would conserve its cash to develop the Projects it already has. The only positive reason I can find in justification for acquiring the La Paz property is that "The USA needs REE"; which in itself is a not a good reason to go exploring if you do not have the resources to do so. But to acquire somebody else's already worked over ultra-low grade prospect 20,000 km away from your home base has to raise some questions as to motive ? perhaps a geo wants to be nearer the "Chicken Ranch" ? or is somebody trying the back door for a "Green Card" ?, whatever it is, I doubt if it is going to add value to the Company !
