Exercising of employee options could be good or it could be bad, who knows? The point is that there is a possibility it could be bad, as much as it could be good or irrelevant.

Anyway, the announcement will tell all and for the record, I do think it will be somewhat positive, maybe with a target of 10-20MT of DSO. I just personally wasn't prepared to take the risk at this stage. I'll wait to analyse the geological report myself when it comes out. Once it comes out we will all actually have something solid to base our research on. At the moment it's just gambling.
