Royboy 888: My understanding is that CDU's EIS is 'work in progress' just like EXS'. "In the system" would imply that it has been submitted to the relevant authorities and under review/consideration. I don't believe that it has and I don't know what CDU's timetable is for that but Kitstar has provided the feedback for EXS.
I also believe that there is a cut-off for the simpler Environmental Authourity (EA)versus an EIS based on throughput; if you want to mine >2Mtpa you need an EIS.
