Well, it looks like 10% is a consistent percentage decline in Centro's US retail assets. (MCS 36 and proposed CAF sale)
With New Plan being bought at the height of the property boom for AUD$6.3Bn Thats a whopping 630 million loss if current reevaluations hold. Plus their other US holdings. Anyone want to hazard a guess/ do some numbers to come up with a figure of their equity value with a 10% reduction across the board?
Lets hope the CAWF, Aussie assets fare better!
