You don't send the customer away. You take the order and give them a lead time.
NUH don't have issues with stock, take a look at their inventory levels. They restocked specifically for the U.K market for the NHS contract, so don't tell me "They have none left", they haven't sold any.
It doesn't surprise me that current holders believe everything they are told. Astounding.
