Just reading Mac Equities research report dated 27 August 19 and came across a graph that sent a shiver down my spine.
Have a look at the cumulative cash generation estimates they put out following yesterday's announcement of changes to stage 2 (and deferral of stage 3) now that a partial selldown of Pilgangoora will not proceed.
By March 2022 PLS will have a net debt position of circa A$500m.
I'm just not sure how sustainable that situation is given the current market dynamics.
This could get a lot uglier if Ken doesn't address this very shortly!!!
