And of course PLS/ POSCO ceos and bods will not be aware of this? Should we tell them !!! When I grew (stock and infrasrtuctures to meet our new goals) my business over the years amazing my debts grew within a management plan that included increased client base more product improved margins etc etc etc. My debts scared me (and the bank manager) but low and behold it, the venture worked !!!! Spend a $ to make a $, debt well placed is good in business especially if you have a "strategic asset" (D Trumph July 2018) somehow, I think PLS/POSCO and all involved are doing just that yanlin.
