It could only be that any supposed "signed" off non released info is not exciting enough to induce buying.

A fair amount of mistrust or unceratianty exist with CVI for holders and non-holders alike. So IMO people are waiting on concrete info and are resisting the urge to buy on rumour.

I feel those who have been squeezed have been, and holders who are in the "hole" will continue to as they see the big picture and are prepared to ride it out.

Fundamental shift is what the SP and market is waiting on, not a miriad of charting indicators.
