Yep that's the way - the Board, under GT's Chairmanship get the construction side of things started - employ the wrong people and fail to implement sufficient QC and oversight processes so construction becomes a mess and costs blow out in mega bucks so the coy needs to borrow the shortfall - so what do we do - borrow from one of the Chairs companies to cover the short fall caused by the board which he heads. Is he penalised for failing to perform - of course not - he instead makes a handsome profit @10% - pretty good return on his money - certainly safer than buying shares in the CMR OF late lol

Instead of being penalised for underperformance - he profits HOW DO YOU GET A JOB LIKE THAT!
