They supplied the information to support the rebuttal they had made, what do you expect them to provide?
Who else is suppose to provide the documentation that is only known by the management? E&Y went to third parties where possible to confirm the documentation supplied.
So they didn't have supporting documentation immediately available but later provided it,
So what? That is pretty normal for audit work carried out at the last minute.
