im told pure silver plays are three fold:Svl,ard, and ivr.
svl - has enjoyed the most success and has the worlds largest undeveloped silver resource totalling 270 million ounces in the ground. they have taken off. i think the 13 cents is around the $100mil valuation.
ard - is said to have a resource of 100 million ounces of silver and are much closer to water supply. they are valued at 11 million currently i think. the guys on their hotcopper are wondering why they havent experienced the liftoff that svl has.
ivr - i know nothing about ivr unfortunately but it has enjoyed success recently
