Did you read it? It did not state that two drugs are the same, it says that impaired driving is impaired driving, and impairment is defined not by the drug itself but by the impact to your ability to drive.

You misquoted me, as I stated. It is pretty simple, you are arguing that driving on weed is safer than driving on alcohol, I was arguing that both are illegal for the reason that they are less safe than driving sober.
