A business or 1st class ticket return from UK to Oz is around A$5000 if he did 10 trips that is $50K in flight costs .
Personally I feel that 50K in travel would be better spent elsewhere and it would be better to have a Chair living in either the US or Oz for the betterment of the company - nothing against Ross seems like a decent person
