GXY forces A40 into administration, page-23

This move has been planned since the debt was bought IMO ... big round of applause for new GXY CEO .... take MC out of the picture and negotiate a strong stake in A40 and negotiate with Jiangte for a JV and access to downstream processing all in the one transaction ... that is what my thoughts are on the transaction and again hats off to Simon Hay ... sounds mean to A40 holders I know but expect more of this type of thing in the near future me thinks !
