1/ Expect GWR S/P to fall to about $1.50 (when $2.00+)

2/ Expect a Cap Raising (Tenement Purchase wasn't mentioned at the time, but we should have read between the lines when Shifty Con mentioned in an earlier release that he was looking at increasing tenements/land potential, etc)

3/ Expect a Resource Upgrade after Cap raising Issue resolved (or Doutch lines his pockets)
Resource Upgrade from 80m/t to 120m/t, with further ann's.

FFS, it borders on criminal

The valuation is the funniest of the lot, not worth the paper it's written on. Heck, I value my own back yard at more than what the market thinks too...
