at that time id say yes they were concerned...
its all about proping up the SP anyway possible...
when the DOW fell big on that dark dark day RRS was destined to fall 20% like all the other spec stocks had...
What other reasons are there for all these trading halts over the years when they say absolutely nothing in them...
Ok maybe this time the Trading halt was for a different reason... Maybe they thought the market was going to tank with the DOW on the brink had the Fed not come through with fannie and freddy...
I might pick a few Range up around the 10 cent mark... but at this stage I require a drilling schedule...
