That's a given. One would suggest that raising capital at $4 per share for a business earning less than $1m in revenue at the time was a masterstroke, and proves the worth of Hunter and MacDonald.
As is not diluting the equity base to a venture cap firm, which is the real reason the target was placed squarely on their backs.
