Now that's more like it!
A clear statement of "near" resolution of the problems that the company states that it has sufficient confidence in that they have ordered a production batch ready for packaging! If that doesn't work then they have a pile of scrap. Not something I would expect them to commit to without real confidence. Take home message: AP is confident that they will shortly have MEMS ready for packaging in volume, and ready to take to show customers.
And a time frame: mid September. And as we know, packaging is only a matter of a few weeks.
