I see a future where only high net worth individuals paying high fees get a face to face adviser, the rest are serviced by robot or scaled phone services etc.
I broadly agree with your view, but isn’t HNW individuals what Shadforth is all about? And doesn’t Shadforth generate the vast majority of IOOF’s Advice UNPAT (or the quasi-totality, even, after the disposal of Ord Minnett)?
