The value of the BYE shares at their closing price today appears to be about 4.8 cents per MEL share or more than 20 % above the current MEL SP , if they are still holding 10 million BYE shares .
So I increased my holding in this BYE proxy .
The farm in Announcement won't hurt either .
The very low liquidity of MEL does not help with its SP , compare the turnover of BYE and the turn over of the BYE proxy today .
I aggressively chased BYE shares today but only ended up with a few but had no competition buying MEL shares .
I can't resist a bargain but I would feel a lot better about things if they just distributed their BYE shares to the owners of the business .
There is certainly no TO premium at the moment but maybe that might come too .
