A few moving parts and some softness but 7x PE, 6% div yield and we’re in a soft demand environment. Capex has been purchased, debt capacity provides earnings leverage and NTA is 24c so basically this is a free hit. Plus 2.5% DRP discount.
Not exactly how it will trade tomorrow but from my quick read I’m happy to keep holding based on the above metrics. As the market cycles this business will have very good earnings leverage.
