Basically with the recent CR and new SOI plus a few buying in at these levels during the second half of last year and looking to get out, it will take while for the market to absorb the shares until the market is happy the price won't move much plus it's not a highly liquid stock which reduces some of the volatility.
The trading range is good the project looks good the Bod seem like they are SH friendly and the chart is looking good.
