Could be that they think the current drill and Buffalo are already built into the price. It will take a surprise at Dorado to move the needle much, the status quo is largely factored in. I've never been of the opinion that the Buffalo announcement will change the SP by more than a couple of cents in the short term, but I'm happy to be wrong.
