Fairy tales are always a con job - jack & the beanstalk - Mary had a little lamb it's fleece was black as charcoal & every where that lamb did went sparks flew out it's R sole - all good story telling with an 'hope' of empowering the receiver of the info BUT certainly not the TRUTH - however the fairy tales may help the inductee into the 'hall of wisdom' discern the TRUTH (whatever that is) & be rest assured the TRUTH has nothing to do with any so called 'saviour' of any religious organization - the TRUTH is with YOU !! (& YOU ALONE).
I agree with some of your prognosis religion is part of the 'fairy tale'
Many have written that Jesus Christ was not an historical person, just do a 'google' - so Blavatsky has many on her side as it were on that score but for sure she made some 'errors' along the way as we all do.
