You only see what they feed you. Nothing about experienced personnel there.Yes, but did they know how to run Lynas’ rotary kilns? These people are in their dozens, not hundreds or thousands, and definitely not Kiwis! Or Thais. You don’t just find them anywhere.
But hopefully ausheds will take your point. If they can persuade the experienced few, it will cost much more than employing them in Malaysia.
