Depends on the terms of the loan. If you look at your typical loan, bank reserves the right to call it at any time. If you can;t bay it, then you either are forced to sell to cover, or bank takes it and sells it...
Don;t know details of ADY's loan or whether these types of loans are set up with similar mechanisms.
Could why they had to go to court to try and get a ruling on it, trying to squirm into some legal technicality regarding Opes in administration rendering contract void?
I'm not a legal expert though, and have no knowlede of terms of loan.
