Well, I don't agree. Why is it too small. It's targeting a specific market segment and I think it will start working. Many companies are trading below NAV - why not go and ask CVF to do that or even WLE. LIC's are out of favour now but that will change - plus all the legal costs of winding up.
I for one am happy to stay invested.
Buyback is helping the NTA for all those that stay invested. It was never to push the discount to zero in my opinion.
