Absolutely right, there will be some added costs.. however, by 'prostituting' ourselves and allowing for third-party processing can (largely?) mitigate costs (IMO). Also, with some perspective one can see there is bit of wiggle room:
Running current LAMP at capacity (FY22?), and anticipating a US$60/kg NdPr price, would mean revenue around $800m (profit ~$400m, sp $17). With higher CoP in WA (if not mitigated by prostitution), some of this profit would be eaten up, but by all accounts plans are to be capable of larger output as well.
