Yes..... time will tell....true....we hope so....by the loooks this disgusting exercising on capping the stock to accumulate has been stopping the company in making the announcement....this is disgusting to me....they had enough time to let the brokers/Intos get enough shares....now the excuse is they need approve from all parties.....meaning they want more stocks before the news.....

I don't like the strategy IMHO......
