still holding on with my 800k paying a sh..t load for the margin loan but dividends so far this year $165k, $450k & now $192k

margin loan $2.8m @ 4.50% interest = $126k, dividend should cover this plus the extra tax payable above the 30.00% franking

waiting for that elusive $10 sp , held on at $9.50 but then it got smashed
wild ride in the last few weeks, thank god for the last few days
trying to convince the wife to hold firm as dividend should I hope be around 50.00 cents per annum which is tax effective and will more than cover the margin loan interest
sp should one one day get to $10 then I sell and help my three daughters pay their home loans off in part or full
thats the the theory but FMG is erratic, IO price falling fast, Trump etc.
one good announcement from FMG or IO price to get back to $100 then $10 sp may become reality
