It, of course, will be +ve for OSL, but it only gives them to right to market the product - they still have to go out and sell it.
In the EU with the CE mark then one has to approach each country to try and get government approved funding. This is a multi-year process and full of traps. As we know the NHS in the UK are rather tight with new processes. Without reimbursement, the potential market is significantly smaller.
The big win will be the FDA due the massive reimbursement available in the US. If the major insurers allow the procedure then IMO, the US is really the only game in town.
