Re "Why will the FDIC never run out of money ??" Because they'll be topped up by the Fed and Govt.
Provisions aren't losses and I've seen all manner of estimates of how much will be provisioned before this thing ends.
Re "the financials are rallying" probably because they're cheap. All bargains eventually get snapped up.
