What will happen with A40 I have no idea,and it doesnt look good at the moment, although it looks like once again somebody is trying to get control of a business on the cheap, shaft shareholders and lo and behold, the trolls are out in force spreading their expert opinions and knowledge.

Receiving a low ball takeover offer and appointing administrators might be slightly different scenarios with very different potential outcomes.
